uhm... Wasn't sure what years to do so I did 2011-2012. 1. Toronto has shown the greatest population increase because it has increased by 100.4% within the 2011-2012 time period.
2. I think this is because Toronto has many tourist sites and people like the fact that they have many things to do within a block or so.
